Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of the request. Cloudflare handles this data under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Visit statistics

We count visits with two tools.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It shows us totals, such as page views, the sites visitors came from, countries and browser types.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is a service of Google LLC. It uses cookies and collects data about your visit, such as the pages you view, actions on a page like scrolling or clicking a link to another site, the site you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use these reports to understand which pages are useful.

The visit data goes to Google, which may process it outside your country. To learn how Google uses it, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, so Google Analytics cannot recognize you on later visits. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits on any website, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies. The only cookies on geoaeolab.com are set by Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_F4CQT1FVC0. They hold a random ID that tells Google Analytics whether a visit is new or returning. They expire two years after your last visit, unless you delete them earlier.

If you email us

When you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and everything you put in the message, for example details about your company or website. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss or do the work you ask about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Our mailbox is on Gmail, so Google stores the emails.

How long we keep data

We keep emails while we are in touch with you and while they matter for work you asked us to do. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Google keeps Google Analytics visit data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deletes it. The cookies expire as described above.

Cloudflare keeps request data and visit statistics under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Your requests

You can ask us what data about you we have, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at [email protected]. Which rights apply to you depends on the law where you live.
